产品活性：Microcystin-LR 是蛋白磷酸酶 1 型和 2A 型 (PP1/2A) 的有效抑制剂，其 IC50 值分别为 1.7 nM，0.04 nM。
生物活性：微囊藻毒素lr是1型和2A型蛋白磷酸酶(PP1和PP2A)的有效抑制剂，ic50分别为1.7 nM和0.04 nM。
体外：微囊藻毒素是水体富营养化过程中蓝藻大量繁殖产生的有毒分子[2]。微囊藻毒素lr被证明是1型(IC50=1.7 nM)和2A型(IC50= 0.04 nM)蛋白磷酸酶的有效抑制剂。在相同条件下，微囊藻毒素lr对1型和2A型磷酸酶的抑制作用均比冈田酸强10倍以上。研究发现，0.5 nM微囊藻毒素- lr能完全抑制哺乳动物细胞提取物中2A型蛋白磷酸酶，而在此浓度下，1型蛋白磷酸酶仅受到轻微影响[1]。
